barkaHISTORY OF THE BARGE

It was built in 1889  and came to Poland in 2003. Despite the reconstruction, the barge has retained its original character and now conforms to the top standards of modern conference venues.

In 2003, Pathways Spirit In Business purchased the Barge, in order to create a place of inspiration in Cracow, where potentials could grow and be developed. The Barge started its first inland journey in the history of Poland, cruising from Rotterdam to Cracow, which has been broadly described in the Dutch press.

After a complex renovation and careful restoration, completed by Polish artists and craftsmen, in September 2009 the Barge was put to use.
